I mean seriously...I'm not a big fan of what the G7+1 has accomplished either, but here's Blair pushing debt relief for Africa and now he is going home. I hope this stays on the agenda, and his absence does not allow the war on terra to become the dominant theme of the summit meeting. Damn it all. Gee, do terrorists possibly have anything to gain by ensuring debt relief does not happen? Perhaps a new generation of people upset at the first world (once they become educated enough to understand their place in the global system)? I'm going to go find some articles on the subject, no doubt the blogosphere is abuzz...I'm pissed off though (and busy today).
