Okay, just kidding, this is pretty lame. At least they took out the part where the government would have to prosecute copyright infringers rather than the copyright holders themselves. So yes, you will continue to be sued by movie and music studios, don't worry. But at least your hard-earned tax dollars will be spent to bail out banks rather than pay lawyers to sue you.
Also, I haven't read the bill's text all the way through, but apparently there are some new classes of felony copyright infringement, as well as some "civil forfeiture provisions".
