The Wolf is out. And it only took the man several months of foot-dragging! It's almost like he was chosen for his ability to ignore reality!
The bad news: it's not official until June 30. He's "cleared of wrongdoing".
The main thing that I hope comes out of this is a change in the way the president of the World Bank is chosen...
