Fish introduced to barrel, shooting

I really don't want to dwell on this too much, but Donald Rumsfeld has written a column for the Wall Street Journal. No, it's not the WSJ's new sex advice column, but it's more like a testosterone-amped Ann Landers meets Life's Little Instruction Book. I'll only pick on a few, because it's so easy:
You and the White House staff must be and be seen to be above suspicion. Set the right example.
So is this why, despite abuse scandals in nearly every single country where we hold terrorists, Rumsfeld still hasn't resigned?
If you are not criticized, you may not be doing much.
Ah, now I understand - Rumsfeld wasn't "doing much" before he invaded Iraq...good thing his plate is full now - the more criticism he recieves, the better he must be doing his job!
You will launch many projects but have time to finish only a few.
Uhhh...we'll leave the task of finishing our projects to the Democrats, who are currently scheduled to reclaim the Presidency in 2020.
A president needs multiple sources of information.
This means both Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz must submit proposals for the next country to 'liberate'

Okay, I'll stop here...I've left plenty of gems for the rest of you to write about, so get a damn blog and go to it!

How about this little gem: Learn to say "I don't know." If used when appropriate, it will be often.

I can't remember a single time our fair president has said "I don't know" let alone mentioned being wrong in the past.

I think it's just a plot to sell more books after he leaves office. I mean, wouldn't it be great if he came out and said, "I had no clue what was going on. And I was leader of the free world. NO CLUE, PEOPLE." People would buy it and be like, "what a remarkable story" and the Preznit would make millions of dollars.

Either that, or maybe the Preznit really DOES know everything, and we should stop questioning him. But I doubt it.
